What you get for your money: The price that you will see by each property includes much more than just the price of the house. The price includes:

French Agents Fee - In France the agents’ fees are in general paid by the purchaser and not the seller. This means that the agents are working for you, undertaking any negotiation on your behalf and ensuring that you get the best possible deal on your chosen property.

Our Service - The service we provide is included in the French agents fee. Initially we can make your house hunting expedition easier by helping you organise accommodation and giving you directions to the office. Our English speaking staff are on hand to answer any questions you may have regarding property types and facilities in our region with the aim of making your stay as productive as possible. Once you have found your dream home we act as liaison between yourselves and the other parties involved ensuring a smooth and efficient transaction. In addition, we will be with you at the completion which takes place in the notaire’s office and is of course, all in French! It is a legal requirement that your property is insured from the moment of completion and we can ensure that this is done for you. We will also ensure that any existing utilities are transfered into your name.
